Returns & Refund Policy

At Zoozoartz, we want you to love what you purchase from us. We take great care in packaging and dispatching every order. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped product, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Replacement:

  • No refunds are offered. Only replacements will be provided.
  • Replacements are applicable only if the package is received in a damaged or opened condition at the time of delivery.
  • Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the order by emailing zoozoartz@gmail.com.
  • A clear unboxing video showing the damaged or opened package is mandatory to initiate and process any replacement request.
  • The video must clearly display the package condition, shipping label, and the issue with the product. 
  • Once the request is reviewed and approved, a replacement will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Replacement Conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging and all materials received. 
  • Replacement approval is subject to verification of the submitted video and images.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for replacement unless they arrive damaged or opened.
  • Issues arising from normal wear and tear, color variations, or minor print differences are not considered defects and are not eligible for replacement.
