Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to love what you buy from Zoozoartz.
If you’ve received a damaged, misprinted, or defective product, don’t worry — we’ll make it right.
Eligibility for Return/Replacement:
- Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products received.
- You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing zoozoartz@gmail.com with order details and product images.
- Once approved, we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund to the same payment method within 7–10 working days.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all materials received.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or personalized orders cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
- Normal wear, color variations, or minor print differences are not considered defects.
