- Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation. During periods of high order volume, processing and dispatch timelines may extend, and shipments may take more than one week to be dispatched.
- Delivery Time: After dispatch, delivery generally takes 3–7 business days. Delivery timelines may vary if order volumes are high.
- Delays: Delivery timelines may differ during festive seasons, public holidays, peak demand periods, or due to unforeseen logistical constraints.
